About Astro Group
Astro Aluminium was founded in 1998 by Astro Group Managing Director, Andrew Dawson, to supply aluminium extrusions to the industry. The business soon evolved to accommodate the supply of purpose specific configurations needed by certain industries. An early objective was to establish a comprehensive manufacturing capability to produce high-quality finished and semi-finished products to client specification. Since those early years the group has grown from strength to strength widening its scope to include the manufacture of its own branded products aimed at a diversity of customers.
The Progression team were approached to assist the management team with rebranding the company, various divisions and in-house brands. Once the initial rebranding phase had been completed, a review of all digital touch points was required with a view to consolidate the various company websites into a single unified solution.
The original company logo evolved into a modern and adaptable brand to represent the various companies and divisions within the group. The original colours and basic monogram was retained but completely redesigned and extended across all company stationery and collateral. The Progression team also developed a comprehensive company website to present the full depth and breadth of the company’s offering with specific digital spaces for each division and sub-brand. A digital product catalogue and eCommerce offering were also developed to effectively market and sell the company’s range of products online.
