Leapfrog Hospitality Recruitment is an owner operated recruitment company dedicated to the Hospitality Industry. As a small business they specialise in the recruitment of quality candidates for premium safari lodges and hotels located throughout Southern Africa.
The Project
The Leapfrog Hospitality Recruitment team is committed to delivering a bespoke service to each of their clients by sourcing, qualifying and placing the best quality candidates for each position. The original brand identity and website did not align with the vision of the Leapfrog management team. We were tasked with reimagining the entire brand and online presence to ensure that the new logo and collateral match the level of service provided and to design and deliver a website that is simple, intuitive and effective for employers and candidates.
The Outcome
The new logo and colour palette were designed with a clean, modern and professional aesthetic to represent the business and owners. The new Leapfrog website was also completely redesigned to provide company information and contact details along with a comprehensive enquiry form for employers and detailed submission form for candidates to automate lead generation and simplify administration for onboarding. The new website also allows internal staff to easily update candidate listings and make changes to existing listings.
